Bromley Players presents for the first time ever at the Bob Hope Theatre the Pulitzer and Tony award winning musical ‘RENT.’ Take an intimate journey through a single year in the lives of a small circle of friends and artists living their dreams, battling their demons and celebrating life on the streets of New York City’s East Village. Meet would-be film maker Mark, kind hearted transvestite Angel, exotic dancer Mimi and a host of other unforgettable characters as they confront the challenges of poverty, mortality and……paying the RENT. Including such great songs as “Seasons of Love,’ ‘La Vie Boheme’ and ‘One Song Glory.’ With breathtaking Music and Lyrics by Jonathan Larson’s and one of the best cast line- ups ever to be assembled at the Bob Hope this is a show not to be missed.

HAIR is the musical that created history by bringing rock 'n' roll to the theatrical stage. HAIR defines the '60's generation by examining a group of young adults struggling for generational and personal identity, dealing with the Vietnam War, sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll. The dynamic score includes "Let the Sunshine In," "Aquarius" and "Good Morning Starshine." As a social commentary of our times, HAIR provides an insight into the philosophy of the flower children of the 1960's. As the first and most successful of the rock musicals, HAIR provides a new ele- ment in musical theatre entertainment.

A Midsummer Night's Dream is a magical night's adventure; a love story where young people elope, fall in and out of love; a comic story of tradesmen struggling to rehearse and perform a very bad play and a fairy story, in which the King of the fairies quarrels with his queen, punishes her, and then forgives her.
