City of London Freemen’s School hosted a private view art exhibition while Emily Bentham a student at St Edmund’s School, Canterbury was shortlisted for the Royal Academy of Art’s summer A-level art exhibition. Pupils at Worcestershire prep school Abberley Hall have gone wild about willow with their fi rst artist in residence, Spencer Jenkins. Pupils in the two top years were excited at the prospect of making large outdoor sculptures out of willow with the artist and the school’s grounds provided the perfect setting. The top year, aged 13, created this life-sized stag as part of their leavers’ programme.

wakeboarding competition, while Jake Hardman in his Optimist dinghy moved on from the Regatta fl eet to the Main Fleet.
