• AAA filed a Third Party Claim against WERKING, INC., claiming a contrac- tual relationship to provide emergency road service to AAA members.


INJURIES AND DAMAGES: Nathan Goodman was treated at the scene and transported by ambulance to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.␣ He had mul- tiple abrasions and contusions to cervical and lumbar spine and head.␣ However, his primary injury was to his right leg. He developed a large hematoma to his right hip.␣ The hematoma never fully resolved and he has a permanent deformity of the right hip with no restrictions on move-


ment.␣ Total medical expenses were ap- proximately $25,000.00.␣ Loss of income was approximately $4,500.00.

The membership fee for Founders is $50 per year; for Contributors $100.00 per year and for Supporters the TLRS fee is $125.00 per year. Eagle members of the President’s Club receive a free membership.


The Trial Lawyer Referral Service is the only truly statewide referral service sponsored, run and
