Building on design heritage
Intrinsically British and respected the world over for harnessing innovative design talent, Triflow Concepts is proud to be producing the Triflow Quadro System, a revolutionary 4- way water-delivery system Renowned for its unrivalled innovation ethos and engineering excellence. With the introduction of the Quadro System, Triflow Concepts expands on its patented Triflow technology, known for delivering hot, cold and filtered water through a dedicated waterway within one spout and introduces the convenience factor with the addition of instant hot, filtered water heated to 98˚C. Through the use of a dedicated waterway for filtered water, the Quadro System addresses all safety concerns, with cross-contamination successfully blocked, the spout remains cool to the touch, and the safety feature ensures the hot filtered water is activated only with intent. The Quadro System comes in range of cutting edge designs including an award-winning Zaha Hadid model. In a bid to maximise the benefits of the Triflow Quadro System, Triflow has introduced the Triflask, a portable and sleek water flask that further eliminates the requirement of bottled water for individuals who are on the move or away from home. Joining forces
DSPA.uk Limited has joined forces with the AFG Group bv in Holland to add the entire AFG product range to its existing portfolio. So, as well as the DSPA range of aerosol generators, AFG Flameguard now offers; Nofiq combined fire detection, alarm and suppression system; Flame Guard fire retardant protection; SEAC passive fire units; Systemtext quality photo luminescent signs for emergency escape routes and Intertec accredited Fire Risk Assessments. DSPA is an economically efficient fire suppression system that is easy to install; Works with all detection and alarm systems; does not affect the oxygen levels, and is neither corrosive nor conductive. Nofiq systems were developed specifically for electrical cabinets and control panels for integrated manufacturing systems. The CO and temperature ‘Double knock’ detection system activates the DSPA compound, within the body of the unit, which extinguishes the fire. Nofiq units can be combined with DSPA units to provide a reliable standalone system for protecting hard to access areas such as roof voids. The Flame Guard range of fire retardant and heat resistant coatings protects all
kinds of materials. For over 25 years SEAC has manufactured quality passive fire products that prevent the spread of fire within buildings. The Systemtext Europe range includes: Fire signs; Emergency first aid equipment; Hazard and Hazchem; Hazardous substances (for transport); Pipeline; Photo-luminescent IMO and many more. Out of this world
At KBB London, Aeon unveiled its latest aluminium radiator design as well as new stainless steel radiators and towel rails. Elixir is a dual purpose console table/radiator with glass top, suitable for use in a bedroom, hallway, bathroom or living room. Hand-made in polished or brushed stainless steel, the square- profile heating bars are arranged in a triangular shape with intersecting glass shelf and base. The triangle is echoed by an illuminated co- ordinating mirror with shelf. Perfect for keen astronomers, Planet Moon is an exact scale replica of an image of a section of the moon’s surface and incorporates machine-milled craters in its quartz-grey coloured matt aluminium surface. Panacea breaks new boundaries with an attractive layered louvre design of horizontal aluminium heating bars arranged over a stainless steel core for maximum energy efficiency. Panacea Mirror is a vertical design with a central full-length mirror flanked by inward-facing louvred heating bars, with the option of a towel rail. For small bathrooms and the hotel market, Aeon introduced T-Bar and F-Bar, compact, stainless steel towel rails with square profile bars and several towel hanging positions. Finally, Tudor is a classic four-rung tubular ladder towel rail with a modern twist - cylindrical joints for a perfect finish. For further information telephone 01908 271155 or visit

Expansive
access control Rosslare Security has released its new high capacity, fast and powerful distributed access control system, the ExpansE™, delivered at IFSEC this year. The ExpansE™ is a new, innovative distributed access control system, designed to provide a powerful security solution for enterprises at a competitive price.
ExpansE’s flexible architecture, configuration possibilities, and variety of control options, along with an intelligent, easy-to-configure decision-making engine, make it simple to plan for a wide range of deployment environments and solutions. For quick and easy installation, all of the ExpansE’s system components are “plug and play” using communication options such as Ethernet and RS-485, with a minimum of cabling. Neither software installation nor computer configuration is required. System
configuration is straightforward and attained in a short time, without specialized training. Targeted for enterprises , ExpansE™ offers several advantages, including significantly higher performance and capacity on account of redundancy reduction; cost effectiveness, where the more doors and/or interfaces connected to the system, the more cost- effective it is.
