ho determines exactly what data/ information management will be to access? In other words can IGT’s casino systems be

configured by casino management to show them exactly what data/ information they need?

IGT Systems are designed to be highly configurable so the operator is able to access the data needed to make important business decisions. IGT analytical tools then assist with the data collection and organization of the information to provide critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualization. From there, the operator can segment the information in a way that meets the needs of the property. What makes IGT’s games and systems so

unique? IGT produces games and systems that work in harmony to deliver enhanced guest experiences and operator performance. IGT has the largest downloadable game library that gives operators more choices and flexibility to meet the demands of their customer base. When it comes to communicating with players, IGT builds the Service Window as a feature of the game so that additional hardware purchases are not necessary. The guest experience depends on what happens at the games so IGT builds these features into the game.

Do managers and system users have to be computer experts to use it or are your casino systems user friendly?

Richard Yim, Vice President Systems Products at IGT talks with Roy Katz

IGT took a user-centric approach to designing the interfaces and workflows of its systems products. IGT engaged Frog Design, headquartered in San Francisco, Calif., to create an intuitive user interface making our systems solution extremely user friendly. Together, models were developed to meet the needs of specific responsibilities across the property. In the end, it is more than a graphical user interface (GUI); it’s an experience that is intended to make interaction with the software better, even a little bit enjoyable, and most importantly, help make employees more productive.
