provider, but as an integrator of technology. We are proud to say we installed the first

Ethernet-connected slot floor in South Africa in 1998, offering the operator the revolutionary convenience and benefits of a networked floor. Today, backed by the resources and support of our parent company, Lottomatica, we are proud to continue our tradition of innovation as we shift successfully to the world of “apps.” As another recent example, our cashless solutions have been extremely successful. We are the first to provide cashless capabilities on a smart card, offering a full gaming and entertainment experience to players and eliminating inefficiencies for operators, such as the need to count bills, coins, and tickets. But we went further down that route, adding ticketing capacities. As well, by the end of this year, we’ll be supporting any kind of media our customers may desire (magnetic card, fingerprint, etc…). That’s what we mean by being an integrator of technology. But the icing on the cake will be the delivery of innovative apps where it’s no longer about a card or a ticket, but about a phone -- your phone -- which will carry your money from one EGM to another one. ATRONIC Systems can streamline data collection for operators through our Player Management system, so important information about the interaction between the player and the slot machine is readily available to the operator. Third-party Customer Relationship Management systems can easily integrate with our system, and the CRM and Player Management data can be easily combined into one data set. So we offer not only technical integration, but integration at the data level. ATRONIC Systems also streamlines casino management through our STAR|Jackpots module, where multiple third-party jackpots can be managed on the same software, regardless of the jackpot manufacturer.

How easy is it to install new modules and equipment on to the ATRONIC System? ATRONIC Systems’ hardware and software is built on the same platform, so it’s easy to interoperate slots, peripherals like counters and printers, and cage equipment, for example. Our system’s flexibility means that operators can buy one module, or a full suite of modules, depending on their needs, and add those modules to the

system efficiently and quickly. All it takes is a small upgrade to add the new components. For instance, if an operator has a slot and cage system, a simple software upgrade will allow the table to connect to the cage, tracking activity between the two using the same product and same database.

Service and support as well as quality control have always been at the heart of the company’s success. How is ATRONIC Systems managing to maintain such high standards in these challenging times? For ATRONIC Systems, quality is paramount. This is why, even during the most challenging period of the recession, we maintained a full staff operating under a stable base of funding. We did not cut personnel, and instead focused on the challenge of responding to customers’ needs more quickly, and bringing them better value, because they have also felt the effects of the recession. We understand that the more time we can devote to supporting our customers, the better. That’s why we’ve implemented a technology called “virtualization” that has allowed us to foresee pre-deployment challenges and, as a result, has drastically resolved installation issues. This means our installation staff can focus more of their time on addressing customer needs. We also take pride in being close to our customers, from a geographic standpoint, and also a communications perspective. We have professional technicians at the ready for onsite visits at customer operations around the world, and we can offer service in five languages: English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian. Installation after-care is essential - we like to say that life truly begins after installation. We are committed to supporting our customers from our first meeting to years after the system has been introduced on their gaming floor. Our account/ project managers, implementation engineers, and experts support our customers for the entire time that our system is on their floor.
