Leading Grand Prix Rider each year was the next coveted prize. Still wearing the EMO jacket, he headed to the front of the room to receive this award from PCHA President Archie Cox. The trophy, as beautiful as it was, took second seat to his excitement and his quiet speech of appreciation to PCHA and all the horses. Then he took his seat again, but not for long! Champion PCHA Horse of the Year award for Peterbilt. Again Michael Moran presented and Guy was beaming from ear to ear, still wearing his EMO Jacket!!! This time his thanks went to individual owners, recognizing them for their support of his riding and their wonderful horses. His year came to the top in the 2010 summer with his outstanding performance in the hot competition for the $150,000 Triple Crown series. No one has won a Triple Crown of Show Jumping Series, but Guy pulled it off this year and did it on the same horse, Peterbilt. His take from that purse was a whopping $109,600 just for those three classes.
