A Saturday Afternoon at Dallas Heritage Village “Living, Breathing Texas History”

Both my kids love history and spending time out of doors. The Dallas Heritage Village was a perfect destination for both! My family spent a beautiful day over the winter break at this unique spot. We can’t wait to go back in March to participate in more of the “Living History” moments.

Dallas Heritage Village is a living history museum portraying life in North Texas from 1840-1910. The museum is composed of 38 historic structures & boasts a working Civil War era farm, a traditional Jewish household, elegant Vic- torian homes, a school, a church & commercial buildings.
