BEST IN SHOW
The very best in kitchen and bathroom products will be on show in a special feature at kbb London in May – but which will be crowned ‘best innovation’?
DESIGNER
has teamed up with the
organizers of kbb London 2011 to support the kbb London Innovation Awards. This new awards event will recognise outstanding product innovation in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and tile industries. Entries are welcome from all companies
operating within the design and development of these industries from smaller, design-led companies to the larger, more established manufacturers and who have launched or are launching a brand new product to the market between May 2010 and May 2011. Entries will be judged by an esteemed
panel of industry experts and 20 finalists will be chosen to showcase their product at kbb London within the Innovation Centre. The deadline for entries is 11 February
2011. Any product that is due to be launched after this date, but before 15 May 2011 can still be entered but pictures and a description must follow when they become available. There will be two prizes for ‘Best
Innovation’ – one voted for by the visitors to kbb London and the other by the panel of judges. Both the judging and award presentations will take place on Monday 16 May during the show. Shortlisted products will appear in the
May issue of Designer, whilst the winners will also appear in the magazine after the exhibition. designer
