or more than 48 years, Friendswood Development has been a recognized name in community development. Their name

has also been synonymous with community involvement as they continually step up whenever needed. Most recently, Friendswood has helped the Houston area community by donating a homesite to the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Benefit Homes Project in Oakhurst at Kingwood. Since the Benefit Homes Project began 30 years ago, nearly $6 million has been raised.

Village Builders, a part of the Lennar family of builders constructed a home on the Friendswood site for the Project. The home was constructed with donated materials, labor and services by GHBA members.
