The IOG & Google?


THE Google search engine is an invaluable tool for us publishers. We can find out all sorts of interesting stuff about turf and sport. We can even source images for inclusion in the magazine and on the website. So when we wanted an Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG) logo our first port of call was Google Images. As well as throwing up the obvious - Saltex, IOG Training Programmes and even good old Mike Beardall, we were rather surprised to find this colourful chap, saved as IOG!
