DRAMA

The annual School Drama production with St George’s School for Girls took place at the end of the Autumn Term in the School theatre

in swashbuckling style this year! Robert Louis Stevenson’s ‘Treasure Island’ was brought to life with fantastic performances, musical

accompaniment and outstanding background sets. The performance was directed by the

Head of Drama, Mrs Binnie, and highlighted the exceptionally high level of acting ability

within the School, particularly from Tom, who played Jim Hawkins and Harry, who played Long John Silver.

A DOLL’S HOUSE

The second of the School’s two drama productions, Ibsen’s ‘A Doll’s House’, took place in early

December at St George’s. It received many compliments, not least for the excellent acting, including a memorable performance from Charles.

RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET

The biennial Junior musical with girls from St George’s School for Girls was ‘Return to the Forbidden Planet’ - a musical full of spectacular space themed settings, costumes and cosmic characters!
