Goddess in the Mirror Workshop

ancing Dragonflies Wisdom, LLC will present a workshop geared toward renewal and nurturing of the inner god- dess on Friday, May 21 through Sunday, May 22 in Phillpsburg, NJ.

“As women, we are the backbone of society,” states Ingrid Geronimo founder and workshop facilitator. “We help everyone, do everything we can and try to make a difference in our worlds. In the process of taking care of others we forget to nurture ourselves. This workshop encourages us to take a good look in the mirror and learn how to and overcome our own limiting self-talk.”

Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the program will look at internal conversa- tions that keep us stuck in our own lives. Participants learn to change self defeating thoughts such as “I’m not good enough,” “There’s never enough money,” and “I’m not pretty enough.” Mirror work will help to make it clear what conversations lie deep within our psyche. Awareness is key to helping to move through areas where you feel stuck or unable to succeed. Finally, a technique called Conscious Connected Breathing is taught to over- come old, negative memories. Positive, personalized affirmations help re-write the script of your life with the happy ending you truly want.
