The Swift Answer to Installing a Cooker
Installing a range style cooker into a conventional chimney can be a nightmare… but now there’s a quick and easy answer. The Schiedel Swift Chimney System, unlike a traditional chimney, is constructed from modular prefabricated units for easy assembly on site. Specifically for cooker installations its unique design incorporates a flexible adaptor that provides a neat and simple connection. The system even incorporates and inspection door for easy maintenance. And that’s not all; the fireclay liner has an outer layer of flexible insulation; all encased within a lightweight chimney block. This ensures that the temperature of the flue gases is maintained, allowing them to pass freely up the chimney.

The Telephone Interface can be used to control a Honeywell Hometronic system, or a simple conventional timeclock-driven system, and can co-exist on the telephone line with a fax or answering machine, a dedicated line is not required. Sensible Heat are sole UK and Ireland distributors for the Hometronic system. We offer services to the UK and Ireland. Sensible Heat supply either through Custom Installers, where projects require integration with other technology, or direct to homeowners.
