Green Apple Award Win for Grundfos Pumps

For the 5th consecutive year Grundfos Pumps were delighted to be announced as winners at the highly regarded Green Apple Environment Awards. Entering the Engineering Category in 2009 with their Pump Audit Tool, the Grundfos entry explained the real benefits to corporate end-users and why they should give such a level of focus to their pump systems. The Pump Audit Tool system from Grundfos offers businesses a professional on-site check-up for pumping systems by measuring the overall efficiency of their current pumps in situ. A report is then drawn up and presented to the customer that includes recommendations that offer the customer various options, all of which will mean that their system will operate more efficiently. These in turn will save money on bills as well as contributing towards conserving precious energy resources.
