Venus in Scorpio or the 8th is well worth getting to know, and probably if they see you first you won’t be able to resist. To make it last, though, you’ve got to let them get you without expecting the same level of emotional exposure from them in return.
By the way, if Venus in Scorpio has money or acquires it in any large quantity, it will come from other people, frequently as inheritance or long-term investments.
