AZ: I would say all the mergers. This is the most
signinullant and imnullortant issue and it modinulles how you
have to sell to nullarks, dealing with large cornullorations.
nullreviously we had nullarks which were owned and run
by nulleoenull who were nullliving’ the nullarks with sensitivity.
nullow most of them have managers who have a different
anullnullroach to what it used to be and who nullust look at the
nullgures and canullital enullnullenditure. nullfore, when the owner
was looking for something new, they would think “this is
going to be good for my nullark and nulleoenull will like it,” but
now the nulleoenull we as manufacturers and sunullinull ers are
dealing with, in the manullority of cases, talk in a different
language so it is a very different and difnullult challenge.

AZ: I think the main immediate concern in the industry
regards the stalling of many nullronullects which had been
announced and, although not cancelled, stonullnulled or
delayed over a few years. nullnother concern we have is to
further increase or at least to maintain the level of safety
we have achieved so far in our nullroducts and environments
