ME and CFS
(chronic Fatigue syndrome)
ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS affects thousands of people in the
UK. Medical science is baffled and thoughts are divided on whether CFS
is neurosis or an actual physical disease.
To the sufferers of CFS it is undoubtedly physical and some people
suffer for many years. Hypnotherapist Freddy H Jacquin is helping CFS
sufferers overcome this terrible illness. Mr Jacquin believes that the mind
and body are intrinsically linked and that the way you think effect your
body and the way you feel effects the mind. When someone experiences
a trauma at the same time as a viral illness such as glandular fever the
same process occurs in the mind and body that occurs when a phobia is
developed, the flight or fight response is triggered, the body is flooded
with adrenalin enabling the person to run or fight. In the CFS sufferer
this fear is attached to the feeling of tiredness and illness which creates a
continuous cycle of poor health.
With the understanding and experience gained from helping more than
twenty five thousand clients overcome drug and alcohol addiction, fears,
phobias and panic attacks, Mr Jacquin has developed a recovery program
for CFS sufferers. The program works by changing the underlying
psychological programming that occurred when the CFS sufferer first
experienced the trauma and virus simultaneously in their body. This
intervention then breaks the cycle of fear – tiredness – illness - fear and
enables the CFS sufferer to recover physically.
If you are a sufferer of CFS or know anyone who is suffering and would
