he Fabbri Group has around 25 rides on order and its production is fully booked for 2016. Projects include a rollercoaster for Italy’s largest
Ferris Wheel in Bologna, about an hour away from its factory, in partnership with a local showman. Although there were no immediate plans to sell the ride, its 40- day stint in the city proved to be a great shop window and the LED-lit construction attracted the attention of a Polish ride operator. Accordingly it is now travelling in Poland as part of Robland “luna park”, which already features other Fabbri attractions including a Mega Drop tower and Booster. Further Ferris wheels/observation wheels are now under construction including a 63m model for a park in Romania, a 40m version for a customer in Agadir, Morocco, and a 16m model for Romania One of Fabbri’s best selling products over the years has been the Kami Kaze looping boat ride, which is set for a fresh look in 2016 as the Turbo 360°. One of the biggest changes will be a new boat design with seats suspended from an n-shaped rather than u- shaped suporting structure. The first unit, seating a total of 16 riders (2 x 8), is destined for an Italian showman. Meanwhile Fabbri’s popular Booster propeller ride will be released as a new high capacity (24-seat) park version, standing 60m (almost 200ft) tall. Negotiations are on-going with a major US park chain, and the first units could surface in 2017. In Kaohsiung, Taiwan, a 30m Wheel with
Formula One theming will feature alongside several media-based rides at a high tech new theme park opening this Jun. Fabbri is collaborating with local

This interactive attraction lets youngsters take charge of their own single- seat race cars, connected to the center of the ride by an extendable piston, giving the steering wheel the ability to steer the automobiles within the limits of the ride platform. Zamperla has chosen a car design evocative of English racing cars of the 1920s and '30s, allowing young drivers to zip zap with style.
