Cruise Sales Consultants
Salford Quays, Manchester or Homeworking £ Dep on exp + uncapped comms + excellent benefi ts
We currently have several vacancies in our call centre or as home workers. Your day to day duties will include the following - To eff ectively manage incoming calls and emails to meet and exceed agreed sales profi t and conversion targets. To provide excellent customer service standards via calls or email. Ensure that all leads are managed eff ectively. Eff ectively outbound customers to ensure that conversions are optimised, while also working to minimise call abandonment. To gain excellent knowledge of all products off ered, via training, briefi ngs and awareness of the travel marketplace. To develop eff ective working relationships with other team members.
Position requirements
• Proven track record of excellent customer service skills • Minimum of 6 months call centre sales or homeworking sales experience required, ideally in a travel environment
• Experience with online reservations tools would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Motivation and ability to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets
• Take ownership for understanding the current marketing campaigns, so maximising sales opportunities
• Good team-working skills • Friendly personality and drive to succeed!
