2019 will be an exciting time for Saga Cruises as we take delivery of our first ever custom- built cruise ship. The ship, which will spearhead our drive to become a luxury cruise operator to rival any in the world, is being built by renowned shipyard Meyer Werft, with a second ship optioned for delivery in 2021
Saga Cruises is central to the Saga brand and our new ship will demonstrate our absolute commitment to delivering excellence in everything we do. We seek the highest calibre candidates to to join us in designing and developing the new ship in the following roles:
Chief Naval Architect (ref. SAG01263) Hotel Design Manager (ref. SAG01264) Electrical Engineering Manager (ref. SAG01265) Marine Operations and Safety Manager (ref. SAG01267) Document Controller and Office Manager (ref. SAG01266)
Applicants should have relevant marine experience with a proven track record of cruise ship development including contract management and budgetary control. All roles will be based in Buckingham Gate, London, although frequent travel will be involved.

Reporting to the Operations Director your duties will include strategic development, contracting, pricing and brochure/website copy together with day-to-day area management of one or more of the company’s destinations ensuring that product delivery and service levels meet the high expectations of our clients.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will have experience
in a product/contracting or similar role, will be commercially aware with a flexible approach and be willing to travel.
A good command of either French, Spanish, Greek or Italian is essential.
