Turkey specialist Anatolian Sky is expanding into Greece and a number of long-haul destinations for the first time, with two separate programmes.
The operator has brought
out a Greek Islands programme and a Boutique Cruise brochure, which features existing and new cruises out of Turkey and Greece, alongside new destinations such as the Seychelles, Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and the Canary Islands.
Managing director Akin Koc said
branching out from Anatolian’s core destination of Turkey was driven by the need to offer a wider product range. He also hinted the operator could bring out a ski programme as well as an expanded long-haul brochure. Anatolian Sky already offers northern Cyprus and in recent years launched a Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro programme. The latest decision to diversify
was made prior to the suicide bomb attack in Istanbul last week. “We still want to be a niche operator but not just to one core

destination. We would look at ski and long-haul destinations longer term,” said Koc, adding: “Turkey has been suffering from negative perceptions in the media.” The Greek Islands brochure
focuses on four and five-star hotels
on nine Greek islands and Athens. It also features cruise-and-stay, and twin centres with Turkish resorts. The Boutique Cruise programme combines existing luxury Adriatic and gulet cruises with new yacht and small-ship sailings, with the largest offering 36 cabins, in one
year-round cruise programme.
