The SriLankan team is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Sales Representative based in the UK Office:


6 passes at GCSE with 4 Grades in A*-C with an A for English and 2 passes at GCE (Advanced level) with 4 years work experience. OR 6 passes at GCSE with 4 Grades in A*-C including an A for English and a full or part professional qualification with 3 years’ work experience.


The successful applicant for this role will be responsible for: • Implementing UK & Ireland strategy and priorities which align with international and global sales objectives.


• Understanding customer-specific strategies, aligning the approach accordingly to deliver enhanced business and revenue


• Developing key partnerships and associated account development plans which deliver value and results with key customers • Meeting and exceeding revenue and cost of sale targets • Working with Sales Manager to own the commercial dealing process for the customers within the portfolio.


• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external customers and groups. • Planning, creating and delivering all required training to front line consultants and managers for all accounts within the portfolio.


• Planning and managing sales & marketing activities for accounts and ensuring alignment of account activities with regional


The successful applicant will possess:


• Selling, account management and business planning skills developed in a competitive customer service environment.


• Strong commercial orientation and a solid level of business acumen. • Confident negotiation, communication, organizational and leadership skills • Ability to work autonomously • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent numeracy skills • High level of IT literacy • A clean British driving license.
