3 • IF YOU HAVE SELECTED THE SMARTPHONE APP OPTION, YOU’LL BE TAKEN TO A DOWNLOAD APP OPTION. YOU SHOULD THEN BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE AUTHENTICATOR APP ONTO YOUR PHONE FROM YOUR WINDOWS, ANDROID OR IPHONE WEBSTORE.
4 • YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PROVIDE A ONE- TIME PASSWORD. THIS WILL BE USED TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY WHEN YOU MAKE USE OF YOUR TOKENS
Once you have set up your tokens, you will be ready to go. When you make purchases, you’ll receive a one-time code on app or via SMS. You just enter that code to confirm your identity and go ahead with the order. Using 2FA on InTouch will ensure that every purchase you make is made securely – and that only you or authorised personnel that have proper access to tokens and passwords can access your account and confirm orders.
