FABTECH 2014 Show Preview Cloud Manufacturing System

KeyedIn Manufacturing software provides all the busi- ness management tools a manufacturer needs—including: forecasting, sales orders, production management, capacity management, CRM, and more—in a single configurable sys- tem built native to the Cloud. Unlike other solutions, it enables manufacturers to evolve to a Cloud business management solution in two ways: Identify and replace disparate business processes, like those managed today in a spreadsheet, using a configurable Cloud solution, one process at a time; and con- nect distributed manufacturing facilities that may be using an outdated solution or no solution at all, to the headquarters to provide visibility of that facility’s operations. 2D Laser Cutting

New FiberCUT 2D processing head is designed for flatbed cutting systems up to 6 kW. Featuring automatic, programmable focus with 25 mm of travel, it has a fully- sealed, purged design that minimizes the chance of internal contamination. Features two cover glasses—one below the focus lens and a second below the fiber to pro- tect collimator optics. Sealed access doors prevent contamination when cover glasses are serviced. Weight is less than 7 kg. It includes internal process monitoring to detect pierce through and loss of cut, and internal sensors to determine the condition of the optics. Provides collimator options of 60, 100 and 120 mm, and focal lengths of 125, 200 and 250 mm.

manganese gas- shielded flux-cored wires are designed to help companies maintain compliance with environmental regulations. They are well-suited for

high-volume manufacturing and welding in confined areas and offer robust mechanical and chemical properties for high- performance welding. Hobart MaxalMig 4943 aluminum filler metals, including Hobart MaxalMig solid wires and Hobart MaxalTig cut lengths, are formulated for applications with the same weld procedure specifications as 4043 and 4643 products but don’t depend on base metal dilution to increase weld strength.

Semiautomatic, Robotic MIG Guns Bernard semiautomatic MIG guns and consumables and Tregaskiss robotic MIG guns, consumables and peripherals will be displayed. Bernard BTB Platform Guns allow users to build their ultimate MIG gun by choosing from an expanded list of the best features from the former Bernard Q-Gun, S-Gun and T-Gun MIG Guns. The top features from each legacy gun line have been consolidated into a single MIG gun offering with a single online configurator. Ber- nard Clean Air Fume Extraction Gun has been redesigned to allow welding operators a more comfortable option for reducing

harmful weld fume and smoke in most medium- to heavy- duty solid or flux-cored wire welding applications. Tregaskiss will be showcasing new robotic MIG guns designed to provide durable, repeatable and accurate welding performance for manufacturing and fabrication applications. Bernard
