Power Straighteners

HD Series of power straighteners are designed to process Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) and other high yield strength steels. It features improved work roller design, higher strength of materials, tighter straightener roll spacing, and in- creased roll depth

penetration. It provides increased roll force delivery, stronger gears and bearings, and an improved straightener roller backup mechanism for the the rigidity needed to effectively

process AHSS materials. The straighteners are available with 3, 4 or 5” 76, 102 or 127-mm) diameter work rolls. They can process AHSS materials with yield strengths up to 1000 Mpa. Available in 7, 9, and 11-roll configurations. Coe Press Equipment Ph: 586-979-4400 Web site: www.cpec.com

Complete Line of Slitting Equipment A complete line of cut-to-length, blanking, multiblanking, stretcher leveling, and coil-to-coil slitting equipment that includes a number of quick setup and changeover capabilities will be featured. The company offers cut-to-length and stretcher leveler lines with thickness capacities to 0.750” (20 mm) and widths to 96” (2.4 mm). Sling lines are capable of production speeds to 2000 fpm (610 m/min), thicknesses to 0.500” (13 mm) and widths to 84” (2.1 m). Also shown will be the EPS (Eco Pickled Surface) environmentally friendly rust-resistant replacement for acid pickling. EPS uses a mixture of ordinary water and angular steel grit to remove the scale from the base steel without the use of hazardous chemicals.
