50m Firing Points Available for Sponsorship Renovation last year brought an upgraded experience for
athletes training and competing at the U.S. Olympic Shoot- ing Center indoor ranges. All of the 10m fi ring points were converted to electronic targets, new lighting systems were installed and more than 10 spectator monitors were added throughout the facility. To assist with facility maintenance and additional improvements, 50-meter fi ring points are be- ing offered for sponsorship. Three generous sponsors stepped forward at the begin-
ning of 2014 and are recognized with permanent personal- ized 12-inch bronze plaques on the fi ring points they select- ed. The W.L. Baumler Company, a sporting goods wholesaler in Lorain, Ohio and member of the TALO Distributors group, sponsored point 21, while Floyd and Pat Hightower of Waco, Texas sponsored point 22. The Fiedeldey family reminds ath- letes to “Stay Calm – Shoot Straight” on their plaque at point number 20. All three plaques will be installed in September and the funds will continue the ongoing process of ensuring that U.S. athletes have access to world-class facilities at the Olympic Complex in Colorado Springs. There are 11 remaining 50-meter fi ring points available
for sponsorship at $10,000 per point. For more information or to sponsor a point, please contact Resource Development Coordinator Sara Daum at 719-866-4883 or Sara.Daum@
