AEROSPACE MILITARY & DEFENCE

Harland ProtectUPS® - Defence

he Harland ProtectUPS® - D is a range of rugged and environmentally protected power protection systems that have been specifically designed and manufactured to support critical defence and security equipment in harsh field environments. The Harland ProtectUPS® - D range comes with many options (see above) which are specific to the end application and incorporates special features and modifications using worldwide supported rugged commercially available modules and components. Each module within a system is designed to be fully field replaceable with readily available form-fit-function alternatives for easy customer maintenance and ultra longlife. The customer has the option to either select an existing model from the extensive Harland ProtectUPS® range or a bespoke system specifically designed and installed to meet a variety of specifications including MILSTAN/DEFSTAN. A custom solution with limited design and correct form-fit-function comes with Harland Simon’s trustworthy guarantee of a longlife trouble free operation. The Harland ProtectUPS® - D is backed up by our design,

T Miniature Pressure Sensors

or many Military and Aerospace applications, miniature pressure sensors are required where compact size and low mass have little impact on the system dynamics and performance. Our range of miniature pressure sensors start from as small as 1.27mm in diameter and full scale pressure ranges from 0.35 to 1000 bar. The small size of the sensing elements allows extremely high frequency response of up to 1.7MHz, whilst maintaining zero stability. Options include various thread sizes, amplified outputs, high temperature models, custom
