✪Do your research and look at a map of California so you know where all the different places to go are located so you can plan a trip for clients.
✪Recommend clients stay in more than one place on a trip to California. There is so much to do and if you hire a car you could drive along the West Coast.
✪There is no age limit. California is suitable for elderly couples and young families alike.
✪Give your customers confidence in going to California and trying new experiences. Tell them what they can do in the destination – a bike ride on Santa Monica pier or surfing on Huntington Beach.

SAM ON CALIFORNIA When Sam was asked what he wanted to drink in Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class lounge in Heathrow he was so overwhelmed, he plumped for not one but three drinks. “First I asked for a cappuccino, then I said

years ago and when I said I had a stiff neck, another stewardess was giving me a neck massage. I was in heaven!” He adds: “In my opinion you can sell upper class to anyone, it’s just whether your clients can afford it. I will definitely try to.”
