CroisiEurope revamps website to facilitate booking Hollie-Rae Merrick


French river cruise line CroisiEurope has introduced a new website to help make the booking process easier for UK agents. The site has an area where


agents can keep track of their clients’ bookings and access marketing materials.


Gabrielle Alam, head of sales and marketing UK, said prices were also now available in sterling for the first time, something she believes reflects the line’s commitment to the UK market. “We have 38 ships and barges and we are a growing line. Silversea is celebrating its 20th anniversary by launching booking incentives for agents and customers. The eight-ship line, launched in 1994, is celebrating the inaugural sailing of its first ship Silver Cloud and Mike Bonner, general manager for the UK and Ireland, said it was important to involve agents in the anniversary celebrations. Customers booking an Alaska or Mediterranean sailing by July 31 will get to choose one of three add-ons. The Silver Select scheme
