DISTRICT 14 — EAST TEXAS Equipment Stolen From Freestone County Property
TSCRA Special Ranger Jimmy Dick- son reports that between Feb. 3 and 5 a thief or thieves entered a struc- ture through a window at a property near Streetman in Freestone County. Stolen were a saddle rack, 2 western saddles, 2 halters, 2 bridles, a 22- inch Stihl chain saw, a yellow fence stretcher, a Nikon model 80 spot- ting scope with tripod, a Jeep 5-inch black-and-white television receiver, a 12-inch television, an 8-man blue camping tent, a large window air-con- ditioning unit, a water-cooled evapo- rative fan, a green Coleman lantern and 8 John Wayne DVDs.
Two Navarro County Bulls Missing
In Navarro County, Dickson reports an estray bull that is now believed to be stolen. Between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3, a 3-year-old Brangus bull escaped from a pasture near Purdon. When the bull went missing, it had an ear tag with #6203 in the left ear. Between Dec. 14 and Jan. 4, a
5-year-old Angus bull, branded M5 on the left hip, went estray in Navarro County and is now believed to be sto- len.
Anderson County Thefts of Equipment, Livestock
In Anderson County, Dickson and the Anderson County Sheriff’s Offi ce are seeking information leading to the arrest of any person or persons in- volved in the theft of a 24-foot Neck- over brand gooseneck cattle trailer, 2 black-and-white spotted cows, 2 black cows and a red, white-faced cow.
