Ellen H. Brisendine, TSCRA executive director of communications, was honored with the NCBA Excellence in Affi liate Com- munications and Public Relations Award, presented by Chase Adams, NCBA director of communications.
Award was presented to Clint Berry, Justin, one of 3 TSCRA delegates to the 2013 Young Cattlemen’s Conference (YCC). Berry had been selected by his peers as an outstanding leader of his YCC class and will men- tor the 2014 YCC group. Berry is currently a representative for Superior Livestock Auction. Prior to joining Superior, Berry served as commercial marketing direc- tor for the Red Angus Association of America, Denton, working with bull customers, feed yard partners, seed stock suppliers and industry professionals. TSCRA as an association re-
ceived the New Holland Out- standing Affi liate Membership Award, and TSCRA Executive Director of Communications Services Ellen H. Brisendine re- ceived the NCBA Excellence in Affi liate Communications and Public Relations Award.
