Developer MercurySteam has also improved many of the game’s features, adding a 360-degree camera, removing quick-time events and expanding the gothic environments. It has given the sequel a more open world and multiple branching narrative paths. Set many years after Lords of Shadow, players will once again take control of Gabriel Belmont, now under the moniker of Dracula, as he fights off demons and his own family, including his son Alucard, in order to stop the uprising of Satan.
