Laser-Cutting Machine
A new version of the 2D eX laser-cutting machine, the 3015 eX-S Edition, features a 270-W resonator.
A replacement for the LVP series, eX is the fifth generation in a line of 2D Mitsubishi lasers. The machine delivers low running costs and eco-friendly features for power and gas consumption, and stable operation for greater productivity. The eco mode cuts running costs by up to 90% during standby. CO2
emissions are
reduced by around 30% compared to competitor machines. The machine’s new compact design provides a small footprint without reducing table size. MC Machinery Systems Inc. Ph: 630-616-5920 Web site:

Waterjets
The JetMachining Center lineup, which consists of cantile- ver and bridge-style
machines, is available in table sizes that range from 2 × 2' (0.61 × 0.61 m) all the way up to 46' 8" × 13' 4" (14.2 × 4 m). The 80X bridge-style machine, featuring an X-Y cutting travel of 13' 4" × 6' 8" (4 × 2 m), is able to cut large-scale components and multi-part projects from steel, composites, exotic alloys and more. The Maxiem 1530 features a compact footprint with an X-Y cutting travel of 10' 2" × 5' 2" (3.1 × 1.6 m), making it well suited for smaller fabrication shops and metal service centers. Omax Corp.

Rollover Positioners A new line of man- ual rollover posi- tioners for welding applications will be showcased. These positioners can
be used as stand-alone fixturing solutions or as a comple- ment existing Bluco fixturing systems. Positioners feature 360º rotation, giving welders full access to all sides of the part, and because the rotation is clocked in 22.5º increments (custom increments available), the part can always be located at the
