Unist Offers Precise Lubrication System In a partnership with CHS Automation, Unist Inc. will feature a 12" (305-mm) Uni-Roller coil stock lubrication system mounted on a new CHS Matrix Series servo feed. CHS servo roll feeds are accurate within 0.002" (0.051 mm) and built to handle stock widths between 6 and 84" (152 and 2134 mm) up to 0.600" (15.2-mm) thick. Unist’s Uni-Roller lubrication systems were designed to solve the problems associated with excess metalforming fluid. Fluid is precisely metered by the SPR-2000 Programmable Fluid Controller which allows for individual job setups/programs and for easy integration into automated metalforming systems. The rollers feature a pat- ented internally-supplied roller design. The Unist Uni-Roller system and CHS Automation Matrix Series servo feed can be viewed at Booth S4515. Unist
