This 15-inch span MiG-3 boasts scale control surfaces, including ailerons, that provide a very responsive scale performance. Flight is incredibly stable for such a small aircraft especially in calm conditions or indoors, but it also has enough power to tackle more testing weather. Loops, rolls and inverted flight are all very achievable with this aircraft and with the detachable undercarriage the flight envelope of the MiG-3 can be explored completely. With carbon fiber wing and fuselage spars integrated into the build, the resulting aircraft is also very durable and able to resist an enormous amount of punishment while retaining its detailed charm.
