New E-UK Controls website
E
-UK Controls have announced that their entire product catalogue is now accessible online via their totally redesigned website. The company’s own products are clearly displayed along with extensive ranges from some of the world’s leading manufacturers. Switches, enclosures, connectors and accessories from Teknic, Fibox, Norwesco, Ouneva and
Technoelectric are featured with full
descriptions, product details and prices, along with technical specifications. The site has been designed to facilitate fast browsing of all products by brand or category and uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol to give those clients wishing to purchase products the peace of mind that their information is totally secure. Purchasing direct from the site is now a fast and efficient option, and E-UK Controls expect this method of purchasing to become most clients’ preferred choice. However, the company emphasises that customers are still encouraged to phone with any queries or to talk through their requirements.

oneywell today announced the launch of its new LED Panel Light. The new product – perfect for offices and commercial buildings - delivers impressive energy savings, and is easily retrofitted into 600x600 grid ceilings to replace older inefficient fluorescent lighting. The LED Panel Light uses proprietary driver design specifically matched to the luminaire to maximise the lumen per watt performance and the lifetime of the product.
The result is a luminaire that offers an
unrivalled 60,000 hours lifetime (L70 @25oC), instantly boosting a facility’s energy efficiency and reducing its carbon consumption. Honeywell is also offering a five year warranty on the product, guaranteeing its lumens depreciation will not exceed 30 per cent over the period.

Energy Saving Batten Mount Lighting Controls
D
ANLERS Batten Mount PIR Occupancy controls are the quick fix, low cost, energy saving solution for organisations demanding a reduction in their rising energy costs. They are ideal for switching lights off when not required and with energy savings of up to 50% the payback period is kept to a minimum. These UK manufactured, IP53 rated controls switch lighting loads of up to 10 amps (6A fluorescent) and are simply fixed to the end of a lighting batten. New to the range are two Batten Mount Spot Detection controls featuring a narrow (1.5m) zone of detection, ideal for access points into storage aisles. One is available with a ‘passive’ photocell the other with DANLERS radical one touch ‘Intelligent’ photocell. Efficient Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) temperature control
his 5 A, 5 V thermoelectric controller combines high efficiency Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) control with excellent temperature stability. Portable, airborne and other space-constrained

temperature control applications are ideal places to use the WTCP. The WTCP is highly efficient, and usually does not require any additional heat sinking. The WTCP5V5A can operate from a single 5 V power supply, or the WTCP and load can be driven from separate power supplies when even lower output current noise is required. The available WTCPEVAL evaluation circuit board includes everything needed to quickly configure the WTCP for a wide range of applications and load conditions. The on-board feedback loop parameter adjustment switches simplify tuning, and dramatically reduce development time.
