retailers need to understand if the technology incorporated is correct for their target market and if it will be utilised frequently when in store.

HL Display Singapore, recently worked with Nestlé to create display systems to introduce NESCAFE® Dolce Gusto®, a coffee machine that enables you to make café‐style coffee in the comfort of your own home.

This was launched in over 50 selected supermarkets, department stores and electrical stores. HL Display Singapore developed three display configurations: gondola end (super/hypermarket), demo booth (department stores), and display booth (electronic retailers). As a result, HL Display successfully executed the set‐up of the launch by providing Nestlé with increased stand‐out whilst complying with the retailer's requirements.

These solutions included HL Displays’ Ad’Pulse digital signage screens which are built to run 24/7 advertisements in store. These screens provide real time data and dynamic product videos to inform and educate the consumer without the need of sales staff. One of the key selling points for this project was the adaptability of the screens and content management together with its low maintenance cost.

These help to convert passersby into shoppers, as they not only have the novelty factor, which attracts attention, but they also showcase the ranges available in store. As the content shown on digital screens can be updated quickly and easily retailers can change their window displays more frequently to maximise footfall around key in store events and seasons.” Says Tim Ellis, Business Development Manager at Momentum Instore.
