These awards represent the crème de la crème of PA talent and each year our most hotly contested award category is that of PA of the Year. Each year in the 13-year history of the awards we have seen more and more nominations land on our desks and the standard of entry has reached unparalleled heights. Our finalists have decades of top level personal assistance experience between them – they remain unflappable in the face of adversity, have proven they have the edge in the indus- try and truly understand what it is to be someone’s right hand person. And with this ever-increasing standard of entries it becomes tougher for our judg- ing panel to identify the stand-out win- ner. Just as Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden et al have what it takes to spot an entertainer, our judging panel have years of experience gained in the PA industry and regularly meet top level PAs so have a thorough understanding of what it takes to be crowned the Executive PA Magazine | Hays PA of the Year.
