T e SeaWalk T e most exciting design element


on board is an over-water SeaWalk, a cantilevered, glass-enclosed walkway on the top deck, 128 feet above the waves, extending over 28 feet beyond the edge of the vessel. Perhaps best enjoyed by those with a head for heights. As you may imagine, the views from here are dramatic.

pioneering ‘Chef ’s Table’ concept, when an executive chef cooks dinner while explaining the technique to a group of passengers.

Princess Sports Central Not only the usual sporty suspects,


but a few fun twists too including a laser shooting range and double lane jogging track with outdoor exercise stations set at intervals along the way. Sports Central has a golf driving facility and multi-use court (basketball, volleyball and tennis), lawn court for bocce, croquet and lawn bowling, state- of-the-art game lounge for fans of table tennis and virtual options via Kinect for Xbox gaming systems. T e well-equipped fi tness centre has an aerobics studio. Classes include suspension bodyweight training, body sculpt boot camp sessions, indoor cycling and chi ball yoga, which uses an aromatherapy-scented ball infused with various mood-enhancing essential oils.

Fun for Young Cruisers T is includes toddlers too, with a


special area for under-threes. Age 3 – 7: can enjoy movie nights, mini air hockey, arts and crafts programmes, games, tricycles, pyjama and ice cream parties and a Kid’s Fun Fair. Age 8 - 12: fun games, game stations and their own lounge with huge TV, DJ booth and activities led by Princess’ youth counsellors. Besides that, how about pizza and ice cream parties or kids-only dinners. Ages 13 – 17: Remix area with DJ booth so kids can create their own playlist and dance to the latest club mix. T eir lounge is ideal for hanging out with friends or enjoying video games. An outdoor area off ers cool club lighting, contemporary seating, wading pool and music, perfect for parties under the stars. Add to which sports competitions, late-night movies, hip hop dance classes, ‘mocktail’ parties and video game tournaments and they won’t want to come home again!
