WISPER AND BIRDY Riese & Müller of Germany has signed an exclusive distribution agreement this week for Wisper Bikes to bring the Birdy folding range to the UK. “We are delighted to be representing
such a well respected European manufacturer,” said Wisper director David Miall. “Although our immediate interest was the BlueLabel and Riese & Müller branded electric bicycles, we could see the obvious advantages of stocking all Riese & Müller’s models, both standard and electric.”

MADISON AND LAZER The big distribution news of the month comes with Madison picking up the Lazer helmets brand to replace the outgoing Easton Bell Sports label. Saddleback simultaneously informed
BikeBiz that it had to let Lazer go in ‘circumstances beyond our control’. Dominic Langan, Madison CEO, said:

DAWES AND GUEE Dawes Cycles has secured the exclusive distribution rights to lighting brand GUEE. Already popular in several Far Eastern
countries, this new distribution agreement will see the brand come to the UK for the first time whilst also expanding into other European territories. Individual retail prices start from just

CYCLEFIT AND GURU London bike fitting firm Cyclefit is to carry a range of Guru complete bikes and frames, following talks at this year’s SICI Symposium in Denver, Colorado earlier this year. The Canadian label produces unique
builds for its customers, using cutting- edge materials. The Crono2 and Geneo boast custom, carbon and aerodynamic credentials, despite the bespoke build. Cyclefit is also a UK agent for Guru,
Passoni, Serotta and Seven Cycles, as well as offering a custom build program with Trek bikes.
