Less expensive to maintain and more maneuver- able than dedicated planers, the Bobcat planer cuts and mills concrete and asphalt. Utilizing carbide-tipped bits mounted on a revolving drum, the planer delivers low-angle, high-velocity blows to uniformly chip pavement in a controlled pattern. Depth, width, and slope control are easily set and maintained by the operator. Milled material can be immediately recycled.
Standard flow planer provides excellent performance on standard flow machines allowing a lower initial investment for those that only need to use a planer periodically. High-flow planers utilize increased hydraulic horsepower available for higher production. Use with the Selectable Joystick Controls (SJC) speed management to find the “sweet spot” and stay there, maintaining full driveline torque and hydraulic power to maximize performance while reducing fatigue.
