Bobcat asphalt preservation tools seamlessly rework existing asphalt and fuse it with the surrounding surface to create a strong, durable bond that outlasts other repair methods. This fast, money-saving and eco-friendly system for roads, highways, parking lots, driveways and paved paths makes asphalt repair easy and permanent. ASPHALT HEATER


This attachment uses infrared heat to recycle the damaged asphalt surface. Use the Bobcat loader to place the heater over the damaged area. In about 20-25 minutes, it warms up the asphalt below to a pliable 300-degrees with no scorching, burning or oxidization.


 

ASPHALT PROCESSOR


After you heat the asphalt with the asphalt heater, the asphalt processor quickly tills, remixes and levels the surface for compaction. The replaceable, hardened, double-edge tines and bi-directional rotation turn existing material into workable asphalt. Two wings direct excess material back into the hole while the cutting edge levels the surface.
