WILLEN HOSPICE
have recently opened a fantastic, new LOOK SHOP IN OLNEY – which has a very unique off ering!
T e Shop is located on Market Square in the beautiful and
historic market town of Olney, and off ers customers a large range of donated items, but also a wide range of new goods including the introduction of pet and gardening products, quality home ware products
and a haberdashery section. T e spacious environment gives customers room to browse the
range of goods, helping them to fi nd a bargain, and also off ers
customer’s two changing rooms so that they can fi nd the perfect fi t.
Located upstairs from the spacious ground fl oor lays the hidden gem ± a ‘pop-up’ Bridal Shop. Occupying a large, light and bright fl oor space, the Bridal Shop stocks brand new and also donated wedding dresses, mother of the bride, bridesmaid and pageboy outfi ts. T ere is even a spacious changing room with mirrors and seating, and a separate seating area for friends and relatives to wait and view in comfort. T is is the fi rst Hospice shop to host a dedicated space for a Bridal shop which will be open during the bridal season. To accompany the perfect dress, there are a selection of veils, fascinators,

tiaras, jewellery, hats and shoes. Wedding Favours will also be available for order. Lynn Reeves, Lottery & Trading Manager, commented: “T is is an extremely exciting time for the Hospice. We are delighted to be able to expand the services and products our Olney shop off ers to our supporters and customers. Our retail shops bring in vital funds to support the running of Willen Hospice.”
Volunteers are required for the new Shop with a diff ering range of hours available. Shop volunteers will also have a varied range of duties including serving customers, operating the till, helping to stock the shop with new and
donated goods, sorting donations, pricing, selling Lottery tickets, maintaining shop hygiene and signing customers up for Gift Aid. T ere will also be the opportunity for short term volunteers to work in the new Willen Hospice Bridal Shop, for a selected period of time.
