“Earlier this year, I was shooting a Daisy 747 air pistol. After learning I had qualifi ed for the JO match this past April, some friends loaned me a Steyr, which is a signifi cant upgrade in equipment,

allowing me to have a better chance to compete. Since then, I was able to purchase my own Steyr. My hope is that by contributing to the program I can give someone else a similar opportunity.” –Aislin Reynolds

work with my training and have sometimes had to make diffi cult choices, which has been the hardest part for me. One of the other challenges I have had over the years was struggling with my rifl e positions after a signifi cant growth spurt where I grew almost six inches in just a few months.” If you are a parent or a shoot- ing athlete with an Olympic dream, this is the program to help you obtain the equipment/guns that you need without going to the bank and paying for a high - interest loan.

There is a continuing need for sponsors, either individuals or companies, who are willing to participate in the USAS Deferred

Payment Program. If you would like to help our future Olympic athletes obtain the equipment and guns that they need today, here is an opportunity to help them. Any funds loaned by spon- sors are returned in full after two years. In this way, a sponsor is truly only donating the interest on their money for the two-year period. Of course if you leave your money in the program it will continue to equip other athletes year after year. For further details on applying for funding for your equipment purchase or to learn how you can become a sponsor contact the USAS Development Program: Russ Doucette - (508)561-2327 or rjdoucette18@gmail.com.
