Its dual output design, with an isolated (0)4 – 20mA output for pH or ORP readings and one for temperature measurement, eliminates the need for a separate temperature transmitter. A large backlit LCD screen displays both parameters simultaneously and two adjustable Hi/Lo relay contacts deliver results to automated process control systems. With an extended pH measurement range of -2.00 to 16.00, the TX-3000 is suitable for a full range of applications.

vailable from specialist distributor Switchtec, a power relay by industry leading manufacturer Hongfa enables the safe storage of electric vehicles without battery drain and also the prevention of fire in the event of an accident. Modern electric vehicles consume battery power even when the ignition is off. The HVF12 relay allows complete battery isolation for vehicle manufacturers, preventing battery drain, and enabling the vehicle to start after long periods of no use. The relay is also used to disconnect the battery in the event of an accident to prevent fire as a result of possible short circuits. The HFV12 has a single pole normally open (N/O) contact and is capable of switching a massive 190A at 16VDC. The relay also has an impressive inrush current withstand capability with ratings of 1500A for 0.2s or 1000A for 1s.

Raychem offers a life of luxury A
luxury holiday lodge park described as the destination of choice for the discerning holiday home owner has installed Pentair’s Raychem FrostGuard to ensure its guests continue to enjoy the luxury they deserve.

problems with freezing and burst pipes at Scampston Park, the estate manager was keen to find an energy efficient solution that was easy to install and would not require continuous maintenance and repairs. FrostGuard product fitted the bill perfectly.” Raychem FrostGuard is a pre-terminated, self-regulating, frost protection cable which was installed on the raising water supply and heating pipes of the holiday lodges. Wildlife group badger Hager to donate products
H
ager has donated two consumer units and a selection of light fittings to Wakefield District
Badger Club, to help create a conservation site in the Wakefield countryside. The Hager products will bring the group one step closer to installing electricity in its storage, workshop and office units on the conservation site. Paul Hayward from the Wakefield District Badger Club said, “Setting up the site has been a long, drawn-out process, as we are run solely by volunteers. Hager’s donation is invaluable in helping our ongoing wildlife conservation project, as it ensures the safe operation of our new site.” “Hager’s donation means that more of our funds can go towards creating safe habitats and educating the public.” The Wakefield District Badger Club volunteers are involved in a wide range of activities to help conserve the natural habitat for badgers.
