STOP SMOKING EASILY
AND EFFORTLESSLY by Krissy Moses, LMT and Certifi ed Hypnotherapist
The health risks go on and the more you smoke the higher the risk—yet don’t kid yourself into thinking a few cigarettes a day won’t affect your health, because they will. What about the other effects of being a smoker? Things such as: • When you smoke everything smells bad, from your body, clothes to your environment. Because of this, people do not want to be near you…even if they don’t admit it.
• It’s anti-social: There are fewer and fewer places that allow smoking and so you are shunned to the corner and taken away from your friends and family.
• As your health diminishes, you are less able to run around with your children or grandchildren.
• When you smoke around those you love and care about, the secondhand smoke is actually causing more damage to them than smoking is causing you.
This all sounds like bad news, and it is. Except for the fact that all these negative results are reversible from the moment you stop smoking. Yes, the negative effects are reversible.

Some of the physical and chemical reasons to stop are: • There are over 350 poisons in tobacco, and at least 30 of them are proven carcinogens (cancer causing). You are literally killing yourself slowly every day that you smoke.
G
• Heart attacks are a major risk of smoking. • Cancer is another major risk of smoking. • Smoking induces wrinkles and other age-related skin changes; you age quicker when you smoke.
