Mobile giant Nokia slammed Chart- Track for its ‘facts’ over N-Gage sales. Chart-Track claimed that Nokia’s mobile gaming device sold fewer than 1,000 units in the UK. However, Nokia claimed it has sold over 400,000 units worldwide within two weeks and stated a significant portion of the sales were European. “We cannot give credence to the N- Gage figures Chart-Track reports,” said Mark Squires, Nokia’s director of corporate communications. “It says ‘total market share’ on the reports, but it quite clearly isn’t total.”

What’s interesting is how the majority of those ‘60 per cent’ are playing online free games. Does that suggest that the future of gaming is being shaped by women?

Cowell didn’t always wear a ludicrous v-neck shirt down to his ankles. The ad for the official Pop Idolvideo game shows Cowell in a respectable black T-shirt with only a slither of chest hair poking through. We miss those days.
