he contemporary franchise marketplace offers a variety of industries from which to choose. In today’s uncertain times, investing in a franchise is still a better option for
anyone inexperienced at running their own business. Certainly, the strength of the home care market is proving attractive to many professionals, not least Sanjay Pancholi, who decided to investigate a Caremark franchise in 2011. Previously, Sanjay enjoyed 11 years
in the recruitment industry, before considering buying his own business. Part of his research involved looking at various franchises in other industries and researching the possible outcome for each the care sector held, in Sanjay’s view, was the Government’s increasingly positive position on the need for care at home. This, coupled with Caremark’s attractive franchise opportunity and solid reputation, helped him realise that a care franchise would be a sound investment with a good future.

requires a depth of knowledge and understanding, two elements that Sanjay was able to acquire through his initial training and then build on with the support he received. Since registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) at the beginning of the year and launching his on following the Caremark model and has seen his business grow steadily. “Like most franchisees, I am very ambitious and the amount of potential growth within my territory is scary! “I have set myself targets in the form
of my business plan and to date I have exceeded my own expectations. In the future, I am looking forward to acquiring CQC registration to provide care and support to children and young people, which will again bring great opportunities for growth. Once I have achieved this, adjoining territory and effectively start from scratch again. However, this time
