the Protection of Freedoms Act has focussed the minds of those of us on the operations team. However, the BPA is alive and well around the country and in the special interest groups (SIGs), and I thought I’d treat you to a round-up of the things that have been discussed recently. Many of the regional groups have heard about Future Clean, which is an environmentally friendly car valeting system that offers paid jobs for people with disabilities in the heart of the local community. Our Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers SIG is ‘in the money’ (fi guratively speaking, anyway). Its August meeting takes place at the Royal Mint in Llantrisant, Wales,
